Our products are designed for normal healthy persons, however we do offer some products that are specifically designed for diabetics or those watching their carb content.   Our Skinny Cakes are sugarfree and low carb.   We will be adding more sugarfree products this fall. 

MSG:  Our products have no added msg.  Our dip mixes also have no msg. 

FAT FREE: Our dinner mixes, dip and seasoning blends can be made using fat free additions to recipes.    Our cheesecake mixes can also be made using lowfat cream cheese.

Sorry Mama's Cookie Mixes are fattening and addictive, please use moderation when eating.  They are that good!
